Ready to do some holiday baking? Target is trying to make it a lot easier.

This Black Friday, you can get a Kitchenaid stand mixer for $200 off its original price. Yes, really.

Target’s Black Friday sale begins early this year on Nov. 21 and will extend all the way through Nov. 27, so technically it’s a Black Friday week. However, for this deal, you’ll likely want to move quickly if you’re shopping online (heading into stores on Friday, Nov. 26 might prove fruitful, too).

With the discount applied, the KitchenAid FIve Quart Stand Mixer comes to just $219.99. While yes, that’s not a price to balk at, the typical price of the mixer from Target is a cool $429.99. Now, that $219.99 price tag doesn’t sound so bad, right?

But why KitchenAid? Well, it’s kind of the gold standard in home kitchen appliances for both its durability and versatility. The mixers come with a one-year warranty per Target’s listing, but with their metal and stainless steel construction, they hold up for years. When it comes to functionality, the mixers have three lock points that allow you to raise and lower the five-quart bowl depending on your mixing speed.

Speaking of mixing speeds, it has 10! You can slowly knead the dough for your next batch of bread or whip up some homemade meringue or whipped cream all with the same tool. While none come with the model, you can purchase up to 10 attachments for even more options.

If you’ve been eyeing the KitchenAid stand mixer, now’s the time to pick it up. If you want some baking inspiration, we’ve got you covered with these Christmas cookies.
