Looking for an easy Christmas craft? Thanks to a clever YouTube video, you can make a massive Christmas star using nothing but coat hangers and zip ties.
YouTube channel juNxtaposition posted a video showing 10 clothes hangers tied together to form a star, and it’s actually a lot easier than it looks.
In the video, the creator places two hangers together, connecting opposing short sides together so that the hooks form a half-heart shape in the center. She does this with 10 hangers to form five different combined sections. Then, she arranges them so that their rounded edges are side by side. Finally, she overlaps those ends to join the duos together and form the star. Using zip ties, she connects the pieces, and when finished, there’s a giant star perfect for your Christmas decor.
You can even wrap lights around the star for a little extra oomph.
