If you’ve had your eye on the Our Place Always Pan but had reservations about the price (hello, hi, that’s me), one affordable retailer might just have the solution.
ALDI is launching an Always Pan alternative called the Awesome pan, and the price tag is just one of the reasons you should consider snagging one.
The pan is featured in ALDI’s Weekly Finds and features the same matte finish as its internet-famous counterpart. The Awesome pan, though, comes in three colors: black, beige, and dusty blue. They’re non-stick and come with an aluminum lid and a stay-cool handle. Plus, it works with gas, electric, glass-ceramic, halogen, and induction cooktops. With an aluminum body, heat will distribute perfectly allowing for even cooking. You get all of that for just $24.99 when you head into your local store (unfortunately, there’s no online retail for ALDI).
There are some differences between the two products, though. While both are non-stick with a cooling handle and included lid, the Always Pan features a built-in rest to store a spoon, a wooden spatula, and a steamer basket. Plus, you can also choose between a whopping seven different colors. The pan, though, retails for $145.
If you’re not in the market for a steamer and are okay with forgoing a few of the extra features of the Always pan, ALDI’s Awesome Pan might just be the new piece of cookware you need.
