Between its wine bottle succulents and fan-favorite chicken, Trader Joe’s has no shortage of must-purchase items. Now, it’s adding a new one.
Trader Joe’s new Incredisauce is available in stores now, and allegedly, it’s a dupe for Chick-fil-A sauce.
The new condiment began gaining traction on social media thanks to a Reddit post that showcased the comic book-themed marketing which features a hand holding up a chicken nugget dipped in the sauce. Below the illustration, the bottle describes the new sauce as a “sweet, tangy, smoky flavored dipping sauce.” Sounds familiar, right?

In follow-up comments, some weighed in on the flavor, and yes, they did say it tastes like Chick-fil-A’s titular sauce. However, there are subtle differences. One person explained that it was slightly less sweet with a bit more smokiness. Others asked for a comparison to Trader Joe’s other copycat sauce—Magnifisauce—and it turns out that the original is more of a McDonald’s Big Mac sauce dupe.
If you head into your local Trader Joe’s and can’t find the sauce, don’t worry. You can always purchase the real Chick-fil-A sauce at mass-market retailers like Target and on Amazon. As it turns out, though, you can also DIY your own Chick-fil-A sauce with ingredients you likely already have in your pantry.
