To use them, you’ll first, add batteries to the grinders (they are included with the purchase). Then, using the spoon included in the pack, you’ll fill the bottom compartments with sea salt and peppercorns (or the course spice or herb of your choice). Once the top is back on, simply flip the tool upside down, and it’ll start automatically grinding with blue LED lights illuminating your plate to show just how much seasoning you’ve added.
