Over the past two years, it’s highly likely you’ve completed some sort of home project. From starting a garden to remodeling a bathroom, there’s probably been a visit to a home store. Now, Lowe’s is going to make those projects easier with a new partnership.
The collaboration is the first of its kind for Instacart. Lowe’s is the first home improvement retailer the brand has ever paired with. The service will bring everything from tools to small home appliances to garden materials right to your door. Currently, the team-up is available in Boston, Massachusetts, and Charlotte North Caroline, but the service and retailer intend to expand into more cities in the coming months.
If you’re in these areas, you can start shopping now at the Lowe’s Instacart site or navigate to Lowe’s storefront on the Instacart app. You’ll add the items you need to your cart, choose a delivery time frame, check out, and your Instacart shopper will bring the items to you.
“Today, we’re proud to welcome Lowe’s to the Instacart marketplace, delivering essential items customers need to complete their projects without leaving their homes,” said Chris Rogers, vice president of retail at Instacart, in a press release. “We’re excited to help Lowe’s connect with consumers in a new way, and we look forward to growing our partnership over the coming months.”
