It’s a good day for beauty lovers. Two major brands are expanding their work together, and it means more access to beauty products.
Ulta Beauty at Target launched back in August, and now, it’s time to expand the numbers. According to a press release, 250 new Ulta Beauty at Target locations are coming in 2022, and the ultimate goal is to eventually have 800 stores nationwide.
What makes these Target and Ulta Beauty team-ups special, though? First, when you step foot into your Target to purchase your home goods, groceries, clothing, or well, anything else (this is Target, after all), you’ll also be able to shop over 50 curated makeup, skin care, and hair care brands including prestige options like Too Faced and affordable brands like The Ordinary. The brands will also increase the number of expertly trained beauty advisors who will assist those shopping the section with product samples and recommendations.
Christina Hennington, executive vice president and chief growth officer for Target, said in a press release that the shops have delivered more prestige items to consumers, and the same brands you’ve always seen at Target are also still available and selling as much as ever.
