New to Yoga? Use the Periodic Table of Yoga Poses to Brush Up

Reverse Warrior II? Cow Face? Gate Pose? If you’re new to practicing yoga, you might have a bit of trouble keeping all the poses straight. This interactive “Periodic Table” can help.

The premise is pretty clever, if you ask us, as it combines an illustrated reference guide with a demonstration: You can click on each post in the periodic table, which takes you to a short YouTube video showing you how to do the pose. For example, if you click on “Camel Pose,” you see the following video:

You can check out the whole table here, anytime you need a refresher or forget exactly what you’re supposed to do when somebody recommends working out some muscle tension with a Happy Baby or two.
