The recipe is pretty straightforward, although you might have to plan ahead a bit. It’s unlikely your quarantine shopping list included minced pork or Dijon mustard. But, hey, if it did, you’ll be richer in meatballs because of it! Either way, you’ll now always have the recipe for the magic meatballs on hand.
