You can officially bring Chick-Fil-A chicken into your home without hitting up a drive-through for the chain’s famous chicken sandwich. The latest food to come from the fried chicken purveyor sounds delicious.
Chick-Fil-A’s Chicken Parmesan Meal Kits are rolling out as early as May 4 in some locations, and the do-it-yourself meal features the fast food restaurant’s famous fried chicken breast. Inside the kits— which feeds two adults (hello, date night)—customers will find two filets, marinara sauce, cheese, and garlic and lemon pasta. For those who love Chick-Fil-A’s grilled and spicy filets, you can substitute them for the original options.
While sure, you might love the ease and convenience of the brand’s drive-through, at just $14.99, the new meal kit’s price could have you rethinking that number one with a lemonade.
According to Ben Bolling, menu and packaging program lead at Chick-fil-A, the brand decided to create the kits to provide “home-cooked meals” to families. In a statement from the chain, Bolling says, “Our easy-to-prepare, dinnertime solution provides Chick-fil-A customers with all the ingredients needed for a homecooked meal, and all they have to do is simply visit a Chick-fil-A drive-thru or have a Chicken Parmesan Meal Kit delivered right to their front door.”
If you want to try Chick-Fil-A’s Parmesan Chicken Meal Kit, check your local restaurant’s offerings. For those who have the kit at their local stores, you can snag them via delivery through DoorDash, Uber Eats and Grubhub or at the drive-through.
