If you haven’t seen 80 loaves of sourdough, some impressively decorated focaccia, or at least one Disney-themed baked good, have you even been on the internet lately? Stress baking has taken over, and you can get in on the anxiety-reducing trend thanks to Delish!

The website dedicated to all things food and drink is now hosting Facebook Live cooking classes every Tuesday and Thursday at 11 a.m. ET.

The series, called Baking Is My Therapy, is hosted by Makinze, Delish’s associate food editor. This week, she was charged with creating a homemade chocolate pudding. Yes, she’s a food editor, but this recipe is shockingly simple and looks delicious!

This wasn’t the first episode, though—Delish has been hosting the classes for several weeks to help people cope while in quarantine. Makinze has made everything from cinnamon rolls and crêpes to apple galette.

All the recipes are available on the Delish website, and you’ll find the videos on its Facebook page.
