If you’ve never put some Baileys in your coffee, have you ever really lived? If the Original Irish Cream flavor isn’t your thing, Baileys Apple Pie liqueur might just be the answer to your holiday prayers.

The new flavor mixes the taste of apple pie with vanilla ice cream, cinnamon, and spice, with a bit of a kick. You can sip it straight over ice, combine it with coffee for a fall-themed pick-me-up, or make yourself an apple pie chai.

If you want to get super fancy, the brand has teamed up with Cocktail Courier—a service that delivers everything you need to make craft cocktails at home. You’ll get all the ingredients to create The Apple of My Chai. Created by pastry chef, Zac Young, this beverage was inspired by the chai latte.

“Apple pie is a timeless, nostalgic American treat meant to be shared among loved ones,” said Stacey Cunningham, director of liqueurs at Diageo, in a press release.

“With the launch of Baileys Apple Pie, we hope to provide consumers with a convenient way to experience this familiar comfort.”

The new flavor is available now nationwide for $24.99.
