Trick or treating may look different in 2020, but that doesn’t mean Halloween candy won’t be flying off the shelves. Curious what’s going to go the quickest in your area? Thanks to CandyStore.com, You can find out which Halloween candy is most popular in your state.

Despite the changes to traditions, Americans are predicted to eat just as much candy in 2020 (hey, we all need comfort, okay?), and there are some clear favorites. Candy-selling website CandyStore.com looked at which candy was most purchased over a whopping 13 years. The retailer then took the information and compiled it into a handy interactive map on its blog. Some of the results may surprise you.

You might have expected some sort of chocolate to top the list in most states, it’s actually Skittles that people love. In terms of chocolate, though, Reese’s is the top option. There are some other shocking surprises, though. While people seem to have a love/hate relationship with candy corn, even it was popular enough to hit number six across the country.

But if you want to get more specific to your state, CandyStore.com has outlined the top three candies in all 50 states. Once you discover your fellow candy lovers’ favorites, you might want to stock up in advance.
