You Can Buy Girl Scout Cookies via GrubHub This Year

Girl Scouts

One of the best days of the year is when your local girl scout troops pop up outside your local grocery store to sell their sweet wares. Things will look a bit different this year thanks to COVID-19, but there’s still some good news: You’ll be able to buy Girl Scout cookies on GrubHub!

The food-delivery service is teaming up with Girl Scouts to provide a safe way to get your cookie fix. Starting Feb. 1, select markets on GrubHub (more will be added throughout cookie season) will be offering the famous baked goods.

Shoppers will be able to purchase cookies on the service’s website or app, then local troops will manage and fulfill the orders using GrubHub’s technology. The service will also waive any fees, so the earnings will all go to the local troop and organization.

Ready for some even better news? To celebrate the partnership, GrubHub is offering free delivery on orders of $15 or more through Valentine’s Day.

But this isn’t the only way you can safely get your cookies this year. For those who don’t know a local Girl Scout, the organization also has the Girl Scout Cookie Finder, so you can look up your closest troop and place an order online. Your cookies will then be shipped directly to your door.

Want to learn more about Girl Scouts’ plans for this year’s cookie season? You can check out all of that and more in the press release. If you just want your cookies, you can order them online beginning Feb. 1.
