Italian brand Smeg is known for its fun and colorful retro appliances. Now, the brand is branching out with a new nonstick cookware collection.
Smeg’s latest launch is available now at Nordstrom. While the current range of items is relatively small, it’s certainly a good start for the brand, given it’s mostly known for appliances, rather than cookware.
The new collection includes an 11-inch saucepan, a 12-inch wok, a casserole dish, and frying pans in 9.5-, 10-, 11-, and 12-inch sizes. All of the new items are available in cream, red, or black. They don’t come cheap, though; pricing runs from $129.99-$239.99.
However, these beauties are durable and perfect for both novice or seasoned chefs. They’re oven safe and suitable for all cooktops (gas, induction, glass-ceramic, and electric). Plus, the cookware features an aluminum core to make sure heat is evenly distributed.
The three-layer nonstick coating is designed to prevent even the peskiest food from sticking. And yes, they also come with lids! If you’ve been on the lookout for new cookware, Smeg’s new collection could be perfect for you.
