Can anyone resist the allure of a free doughnut? Okay, maybe some people can, but if you’re not one of them, Dunkin’ is giving them away for free on Wednesdays through the end of April.
March 24-April 21, Dunkin’ is running the Wednes-YAY promotion. Just head to your local store and claim a free classic donut whenever you purchase any beverage. According to Joanna Bonder, director of loyalty marketing and strategy at Dunkin’, the brand wants to help customers “beat the midweek slump” and break up their week with a little treat.
Customers can choose any of the following classic donuts as their freebie:
- Strawberry Frosted with Sprinkles
- Glazed
- Boston Kreme
- Double Chocolate
To claim your free donut, you do have to be a member of the Dunkin’ DD Perks program. If you’re not already signed up, though, don’t worry. You can head to the website now, become a member, and claim your delicious freebie. Plus, for every dollar you spend as a member, you get five points. When you reach 200, you can redeem your points for a free drink.
Whenever hump day is more difficult than usual, just head to Dunkin’ for a free pick-me-up.
If you can never have too many doughnuts, you’re in luck. Not to be outdone by the competition, Krispy Kreme is giving free doughnuts to anyone who presents their COVID-19 vaccination card through the end of the year.
