Ever wished that gin and tonic would mix itself? Well, Bombay Sapphire has granted that wish with its new line of canned cocktails.
The famous gin manufacturer will launch two different versions of a ready-to-drink gin and tonic: classic and light. The light version contains just 90 calories and zero sugar. The premixed drinks retain the citrus-botanical flavor of the gin and its quality.
The only difference between your homemade highball version and Bombay’s is the latter comes ready-made in an ultra-portable format perfect for summer. The cans are also created using materials that help protect the contents from sunlight, so the drinks stay fresher and colder for longer. You can purchase a four-pack of the gin and tonics for $13 right now on Drizly.
Natasha Curtin, global vice president at Bombay Sapphire, also hinted that the gin and tonic is just the first of many.
“We’re extremely proud to say that we’ve created a [ready-to-drink] befitting the Bombay Sapphire name in terms of taste, quality, and ingredients,” Curtin said in a press release. “We look forward to shaking up this category with sophisticated options that promise to be unrivaled when it comes to taste.”
While you wait, though, you can continue to mix your own cocktails.
