The Second Netflix and Headspace Collab Focuses on Sleep

The importance of sleep can’t be overemphasized. Netflix and Headspace appear to be keenly aware of this, as they’ve teamed up for a second collaboration all about sleep.

The new series, Headspace Guide to Sleep, will hit the streaming site April 28. This new iteration will follow a similar format as the meditation app’s first Netflix series, Headspace Guide to Meditation

Composed of 15-minute, animated episodes, each will examine a different aspect of sleep. It will cover topics like insomnia, stress, the effects of cell phones, and sleeping pills. A guided wind-down finishes off each episode to help you fall asleep.

You’ll need a Netflix subscription to watch (you can sign up here).

The Headspace and Netflix collab isn’t the only one of its kind, though. Multiple streaming services have developed relaxing content for their platforms. If you can’t wait until April 28 to get some calm, check out Zenimation on Disney+. Over at HBOMax, celebrities will read you a soothing bedtime story in A World of Calm.

If neither of those help, though, you might just need to adjust your sleep schedule.
