This Is the Key to Organizing That Corner Kitchen Cabinet

Corner kitchen cabinets can easily turn into a nonfunctional mess. Maybe yours has become a home for junk, making it impossible to organize. No matter the reason, though, getting this chaos under control is pretty easy.

The solution for your cabinet woes is the same as many other storage challenges: organizers. Sure, it’s a simple fix, but it’s also effective. Plus, it’ll prevent items from lodging themselves in the back, never to be seen again.

If your cabinet doesn’t have shelving, you might want to have some installed. Or, pot and pan racks can help you store your cooking accessories neatly. If you do have shelves, these clear acrylic bins are perfect for everything from vitamins to spices. You can also group things together, and then simply pull out that container whenever you need something.

Jason Fitzpatrick, our editor-in-chief, has a corner cabinet with a lazy Susan inside, which is a built-in organizational tool (and one you can add). He recommends adding organizers to the shelves in the lazy Susan, too. This way, you won’t have to bend down and shuffle through everything in there when you need something.

After you tame that corner cabinet, be sure to check out these tips for getting your pantry in order.
