Between pasta chips and baked feta, TikTok has become the world’s ever-evolving cookbook. Now, there’s a new must-try breakfast recipe.

While you’ve likely already seen the omelet hack and know how to make twisted bacon, this new breakfast concoction combines two popular favorites: quiche and bagels.

In fact, the quiche is stuffed inside the bagel, and man does it looks delicious!

The recipe, by TikTok content creator, Chris Collins (@dontgobaconmyheart_), has amassed a wildly impressive 6 million views.

In the video, he cuts off the very top of the bagel, but leaves a significant amount behind to stuff. He then makes an incision all the way around the middle hole and pinches the sides together to form a little bagel moat in the center of the bread.

When the bagel is prepped, he mixes up some eggs, cream, cheese, bacon, sausage, and red onions, but you can customize your toppings however you’d like.

Collins then pours the mixture into the hollowed-out bagel and bakes it at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes. And that’s how you get a delicious, portable breakfast!
