TikTok chefs have struck again. This time, it’s with a delicious soup recipe that might be the fall version of that viral baked feta pasta from last year.
ShicoCooks used Boursin (as opposed to feta) to create her soup, and the result looks delicious.
To craft the tomato bisque-like soup, she first adds vine-ripe and a few grape tomatoes to an olive-oil-coated baking dish. Next, she tosses in a few red onions, a large garlic clove, and a few seasonings. Most importantly, she pops an entire wheel of garlic Boursin cheese in the center before baking.

Once finished, she removes the smaller, newly roasted cloves and gives the entire dish a mix before tossing it in the blender and blending until smooth. She pours the newly puréed soup into a bowl, tops it with croutons and parsley, and has a soup that gives baked feta pasta a run for its money.
